The petitioner is in custody in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 512 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 08.11.2016.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in pre-trial custody for more than two months, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Additional District & Sessions Judge-
