The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Banmankhi P.S. Case No. 185 of 2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 25(1-B)A, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. The contention raised is that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case as nothing incriminating was recovered from the possession of the petitioner and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In view of the above, let the petitioner above named
