JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 14-11-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Allauli P.S. Case No. 223 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per F.I.R. petitioner no.1 has assaulted by Khanti on the informant and petitioners no.2 and 3 assaulted by Danda, causing injury.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is case and counter case between the parties. There is land dispute between them. The injuries are simple in nature, which will appear from Annexure 3 of this petition.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria, in connection with Allauli P.S.
