JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 11-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 646 of 2018 for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the Khalasi of the vehicle. He submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 26.10.2018 in connection with the recovery of 95 litres of liquor from the tractor.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is the Khalasi of the vehicle, namely, tractor, which was found to have been indulged in carrying liquor, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten
