The petitioner seeks bail in Shyampur Bhataha P.S. Case No. 71 of 2013, instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 342, 333, 307,393,353,427,504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he has no criminal antecedent. He is not named in the written report. As per written report when the informant along with police personnel went to arrest an accused of Tariyani P.S. Case No. 30 of 2013, a mob of 100 people snatched the arms of police personnel by pelting stones and put the vehicle on fire. It has further been submitted that the police has arrested the petitioner merely on suspicion on the basis of report

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.75754 of 2018(2) dt.20-12-2018 2/2 of S.P. dated 08.11.2017. The other accused has already been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 26.11.2018 passed in Cr. Misc No. 67181 of 2018.

Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Sheohar, in connection with Shyampur Bhataha P.S. Case No. 71 of 2013. Both the bailors will be close relative of petitioner.
