b) For a direction upon the Respondents to appoint / select the Petitioner on the post of Anganwadi Sevika of Gram Panchayat Raj Pakadiya Harsidhi, Ward No. 2 along with all consequential and monetary benefits."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks a direction upon the District Programme Officer (I.C.D.S.), District-East Champaran to dispose off the pending complaint filed by the petitioner bearing Anganwadi Case No. 102 of 2019.

The learned counsel for the respondentState submits that in case the aforesaid complaint is still pending, the same shall definitely be disposed off within a fixed time frame.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to direct the District Programme Officer (ICDS), District-East Champaran to dispose off the

Patna High Court CWJC No.16328 of 2023(2) dt.22-04-2024 3/3 aforesaid complaint, in case the same is still pending, by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks' from today.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
