ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 05-11-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the State. The petitioners are in custody since 15.09.2019, in connection with Excise Case No. 603 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the alleged recoveries were not made from the conscious possession of the petitioners but from the motorcycle.
