JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-01-2020 Modification application has been filed to modify order dated 21.8.2019, passed by this Court in Cr.Mis.No. 37582 of 2019 by which the petitioner has been granted the privilege of pre-arrest bail, on the ground that he met with an accident and was hospitalised and so could not surrender and furnish bail bonds within the stipulated time indicated in the said order.

For the reasons indicated above, the period of surrender and to furnish the bail bonds is further extended by six weeks from today.

Order dated 21.8.2019 is modified to the extent indicated above.

Modification application stands disposed of.
