1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned APP and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the O.P. No.2, Arun Kumar Gupta.
2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the O.P. No.2, Mr. Arun Kumar Gupta submits that he has instruction of the O.P. No.2, not to oppose the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner, as the parties have compromised and are leading a peaceful conjugal live.
3. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner also concurs with the submissions of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the O.P. No.2.
4. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73710 of 2022(3) dt.26-07-2024 2/2 event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs.2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Begusarai in connection with Complaint Case No.83C of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
