Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 397 of 2021 registered for the offence under sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 427, 384, 379, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged in the first information report and he has been falsely implicated in this case due to enmity and dirty local politics. Nothing specific is alleged against this petitioner. The specific allegation is against co-accused Vijay Chaudhary.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.77179 of 2023(2) dt.29-11-2023 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate Muzaffarpur in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 397 of 2021 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
