The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Deo P.S. Case No. 21 of 2020 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to village party politics. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Further he submits that from perusal of seizure list, it is apparent that the alleged recovery has been made besides the house of the petitioner.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4999 of 2023(3) dt.27-03-2023 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Aurangabad in connection with Deo P.S.
