JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 04-11-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 401, 411, 413, 414, 465, 466/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The name of petitioner came in confessional statement of of Mithilesh Kumar @ Madhav and subsequently, when the house of co-accused Shovit Kumar Yadav was raided petitioner and other were caught from the said house and one motorcycle was recovered from the house of Shovit Kumar Yadav. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and more or less, having similar allegation, co-accused Aman Kumar and Mithilesh Kumar Yadav have already been granted privilege of bail by different Benches of this Court.

No.67035 of 2019(2) dt.04-11-2019 2/2 Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Manjhaul, Begusarai in connection with Khodawandpur ( O.P- chhaurahi P.S.Case No. 110 of 2019.
