The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Lodipur P.S. Case No. 115 of 2020 registered under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to previous enmity. Further he submits that from perusal of Annexure-2, it appears that earlier brother of the informant had committed illegal act with the sister of the petitioner for which she lodged first information report against informant's brother and others.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73767 of 2022(2) dt.03-05-2023 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.-IX, Bhagalpur in connection with Lodipur P.S.
