JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 17-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 457, 380 and 411of the IPC.

Petitioner is not named in the first information report but from perusal of the impugned order, it would appear that one Santosh Kumar Sah disclosed this fact that he had purchased stolen mobile from the petitioner. The above Stated Santosh Kumar Sah has not been made accused in the present case. However, except the aforesaid material, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of
