Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(A) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Taking into consideration that 20 litre mahua liquor is said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner while he was caught by the police official, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge
