The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No.402 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 356 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.
The allegation against the petitioner is to have snatched the Golden Chain of the informant. 4.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that petitioner is not named in the FIR and he has falsely been implicated in the present case. He submitted that petitioner is in custody since 16.07.2022. He further submitted that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner to connect him with the present set of

Learned APP appearing for the State, opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 6.
Considering the facts and circumstances and nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No.402 of 2022 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Gaya.
