The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Islampur P.S. Case No. 58 of 2017, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 328, 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 56853 of 2019 vide order dated 11.07.2019. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 12.07.2019. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the
