2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 379, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, informant runs the hotel where this petitioner along with 4-5 unknown miscreants refused to pay the food bill and then abused and assaulted the staff members and took away cash and golden chain.
4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to village politics. As a matter of fact, no such occurrence, as alleged, has ever taken place and entire prosecution case is full of concoction and fabrication. Allegation against the petitioner is general and

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the bail application.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Danapur in connection with Bihta P. S. Case No. 436 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
