Petitioner seeks bail in Case No. C2/570/18 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(A) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged that 54 litres Nepali Saufi liquor has been recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 24.10.2018 having clean antecedents. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.79980 of 2018(2) dt.17-01-2019 2/2 each to the satisfaction of the ADJ II cum Special Judge, Excise Act, Sitamarhi, in connection with Case No. C2/570/18, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
