The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 411 of the Indian Penal Code and 22 of N.D.P.S. Act. Allegation is that 10 tablets of Nitravet-10 is recovered.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 18.03.2019. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is alleged that 10 tablets of Nitravet-10 is said to have been recovered. Said tablets were being taken by the father of the petitioner on the advise by the doctor and he had gone to purchase the said

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66734 of 2019(2) dt.14-11-2019 2/2 medicine. Except for this, there is no other substantive evidence to suggest the implication of the petitioner in this case. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, N.D.P.S. Act, Begusarai in connection with N.D.P.S. case No.06 of 2019 (Town P.S. case No.163 of 2019).
