2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offence punishable under Section 63 of the Copyright Act.

3. It is alleged that this petitioner is involved in the business of manufacturing and selling counterfeit products of BOSCH and JCB company. During police raid, several fake products were recovered from the factory of co-accused Vijay Kumar. Petitioner has got one criminal antecedent of similar nature.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. No counterfeit or fake product has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner and he is no way connected with the

5. Considering the nature of accusation and criminal antecedent of similar nature, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
