So far petitioner no. 1, namely, Umeshwar Pandey is concerned, he is apprehending his arrest in connection with Chenari P.S. Case No. 92 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioner Umeshwar Pandey is of assault to the informant on his head causing injury to him. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is the full brother of the informant and has falsely been implicated in this case in the background of land dispute and
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.79968 of 2018(3) dt.25-02-2019 2/2 further the petitioner is ready to abide by any condition imposed on him for grant of bail.

Having heard both sides, in view of above, let the petitioner, namely, Umeshwar Pandey, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate -II, Sasaram, Rohtas, in connection with Chenari P.S.
