The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bihar P.S. Case No.24 of 2020 registered under Sections 448, 384, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The F.I.R. has been lodged after six months of the alleged occurrence. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the
