JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 06-11-2019 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. This application has been filed for modification of the order, dated 04.09.2019, passed in Criminal Misc. No. 55615 of 2019, whereby the present petitioner, along with others, has been granted privilege of anticipatory bail. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of petitioner's father (petitioner no. 7 in Criminal Misc. No. 55615 of 2019) has wrongly been mentioned in the bail application as Abdus Salam, in place of Mohammad Aslam Ansari, and due to this, he could not surrender before the learned Court below within the time granted by this Court. He prays for correction of the name of the father of the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70387 of 2019(2) dt.06-11-2019 2/2 in the bail application and also two weeks more time to surrender before the learned Court below.

Having regard to the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, let the name of the petitioner's father (petitioner no. 7 in Criminal Misc. No. 55615 of 2019) be read as Mohammad Aslam Ansari in place of Abdus Salam and the time granted by this Court to surrender before the learned Court below by order, dated 04.09.2019, passed in Criminal Misc. No. 55615 of 2019, is hereby extended by further two weeks from today.

Accordingly, this application is allowed to the extent indicated above.
