JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 13-12-2024 It is pointed out by the learned counsel for the opposite parties that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 24.2.2023, passed in CWJC No. 841 of 2023, the Circle Officer, Uchkagaon, District-Gopalganj, has passed the final order, under Section 6(1) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, on 9.4.2024, in connection with Encroachment Case No. 5 of 2022-23 and the encroachment in question shall also be removed forthwith.

Nonetheless, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Gopalganj, for enforcement of the aforesaid order

Patna High Court MJC No.3163 of 2023(4) dt.13-12-2024 2/2 dated 9.4.2024, in its true letter and spirit, in case there is no other legal impediment. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.

Accordingly, the present contempt petition stands disposed off.
