2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ara Muffasil P.S. Case No. 384/2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Subsequently, 394/411 of Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26/35 of the Arms Act has been added.

3. The petitioner has participated in the loot and killing of the deceased. Materials have come to connect the petitioner with the crime. The petitioner is in jail since
