No.600 of 2019, dated 29.07.2019, registered at Police Station- Danapur, District- Patna, under Sections 399, 402, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a/26 of the Arms Act.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. I have also perused the relevant record of the case, necessary for adjudication of this petition.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to press this petition reserving liberty to file a fresh petition, in accordance with law, after a period of six-eight months.
