The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Madanpur P.S. Case No.157 of 2019, registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

The informant got information that the petitioner was selling liquor and on such raid was conducted but the petitioner and Mohan Choudhary alleged to have fled away after seeing the police. 12 litres liquor was recovered from the house of Mohan Choudhary.

Case No.157 of 2019, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
