The petitioner seeks to renew his prayer for bail which was earlier rejected on 20.07.2018.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the statement made under Section 164 Cr. P.C., the petitioner has not been named by the victim girls.
Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand)
