The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 147/149/448/ 341/ 323 / 307/302/504 of the Indian Penal Code.

According to FIR, the petitioner gave iron blow at the head of the mother of the informant as a result whereof she died. The petitioner is in custody since 11.06.2017. Earlier prayer was refused on 16.07.2018 in Cr. Misc. No.28969 of 2018.

The report of the trial Judge would reveal that the charges have been framed on 05.02.2019 and the case is running for prosecution evidence. The petitioner is ready to

Considering the period already undergone, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No.125 of 2017, with condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
