Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) 37(2) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise ( Amendment) Act 2018 and under section 25(1-B) a/26 of the Arms Act.

Taking into consideration that 7.20 ml Indian made foreign liquor and one country made loaded Katta are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 04.09.2019 without having any criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-II cum special Judge
