The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

After 12-15 years of marriage the wife of this petitioner committed suicide. Allegation is that in fact death by administering poison was committed for non-fulfillment of the dowry demand.

Submission is that there is no eyewitness of the occurrence. Some other co-accused has been allowed bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court. The petitioner is in custody since 12.06.2018. He is ready to cooperate with the trial.

No.79871 of 2018(5) dt.16-04-2019 2/2 Considering the entire facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Sour Bazar P.S. Case No.310 of 2018, with condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
