The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 29 of 2019 registered under Sections 341, 323 and 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that in spite of service of notice upon opposite party no.2, she did not appear.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of

No.66381 of 2019(9) dt.04-10-2021 2/2 the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sasaram, Rohtas in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 29 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
