Vague allegations are made of Government funds having been allotted and several irregularities being noticed. The petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.16829 of 2024(2) dt.22-11-2024 2/2 has also extracted some schemes which are said to have been proposed in Bhalpatti, Gram Panchayat Raj as per the response to query under the Right to Information Act (RTI) and again alleged irregularity and embezzlement; without any substantiation.

2. We find absolutely no reason to proceed with the writ petition filed without any substantiation of the allegations based merely on the response in the RTI application and a paper report.

3. The writ petition stands dismissed.
