Petitioner seeks bail in Ganga Bridge P.S. Case No.129 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 413, 414 Indian Penal Code.
In the written report, it is alleged that three motorcycles have been recovered from the house of the petitioner, which is alleged to be stolen motorcycles. Petitioner has mentioned in para 6 and 7 of the bail application that he is owner of two motorcycles and one motorcycle belongs to Sanjeet Kumar, who had parked his motorcycle in his house. He has not lodged any case with regard to theft of aforesaid motorcycle, rather, he has sworn affidavit in this regard on 01.12.2018 that he has parked his motorcycle in
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.79936 of 2018(2) dt.17-01-2019 2/2 the house of the petitioner.
Petitioner is in custody since 05.09.2018.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Ganga Bridge P.S.
