2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Udwantnagar P.S. Case No. 526 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Unknown criminals looted a truck. The name of the petitioner has come in the self-inculpatory statement of coaccused. Other connected materials have also come during investigation against the petitioner. Petitioner is in jail since 03.04.2024 and has three criminal antecedents.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, this application for grant of bail is rejected.
