Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that the petitioners have been given an interim protection vide order dated 04.02.2019, however, from perusal of the case diary it appears that this application has been filed on 31.12.2018 and prior to that the process under Section 82 of the Cr.P.C. has been issued.
Heard both sides, in view of the facts and circumstances of the case as stated above, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners, rather they should
