That, this is an application for issuance of writ in the nature of Certiorari and/or an appropriate writ for setting aside the letter no. BRLPS/ ESTT/1255/16/2266 dated 17.08.2022, issued under the signature of Respondent No. 3 by which direction

Patna High Court CWJC No.16259 of 2023(2) dt.22-04-2024 2/3 has been given to the petitioner to despite Rs. 10,792/- and also directed to recall financial benefits given to the petitioner from August 2022 to August 2025 i.e. for three years and further stated that after three years of evaluation of the work of the petitioner from 01.09.2025 financial benefits could be restored and while passing such order the respondents failed to consider the fact that in this letter two punishment has imposed upon the petitioner for no fault liability and also to issue directions to the respondents in nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the respondents to restore monetary benefit to the petitioner from August 2022 itself to August 2025 and give all monetary benefits to the petitioner without further delay as also direct the respondents not to disturb the petitioner in discharging his duty and/or pass any other order/orders, direction/ directions for which the petitioner is found legally entitled."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies

Patna High Court CWJC No.16259 of 2023(2) dt.22-04-2024 3/3 as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
