The petitioner is in custody in connection with Mairwa P.S. Case No. 217 of 2019 for the offenses under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. In the instant case total 26.750 ltrs of foreign liquor was recovered. The petitioner is in custody since 10.08.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
