No. 65150 of 2024 by which the petitioner was granted regular bail.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to his mistake, in the cause title of the main petition (Cr. Misc. No. 65150 of 2024), the name of police station has wrongly been mentioned as 'Samastipur' in place of 'Mohiuddin Nagar' and due to that, same mistake occurred in the order dated 27.09.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 65150 of 2024.

3. Accordingly, the order dated 27.09.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 65150 of 2024 is modified to the extent that P.S.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.78697 of 2024(2) dt.16-12-2024 2/2 Samastipur mentioned in the cause title of the order be read as P.S. Mohiuddin Nagar.
