1. At the outset, the learned counsel for the opposite party-Lalit Narayan Mithila University, Darbhanga, submits that the order of this Court dated 22.01.2019, passed in C.W.J.C. No.15156 of 2018, has been complied with inasmuch as the Vice Chancellor, Lalit Narayan Mithila University, Darbhanga, has passed an order dated 16.08.2024, rejecting the claim of the petitioner.

2. In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order dated 16.08.2024. Liberty so sought is granted.
