2. This is the second attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with Udwantnagar (Gagrajganj) P.S. Case No. 526 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 395 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner has been rejected vide order dated 17.12.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 78140 of 2024, which reads as under:

"Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Udwantnagar P.S. Case No.

526 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Unknown criminals looted a truck.

Other connected materials have also come during investigation against the petitioner. Petitioner is in jail since 03.04.2024 and has three criminal antecedents.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, this application for grant of bail is rejected."

4. In the trial, two witnesses out of eight have already been examined

5. Considering the fact that the trial has started, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
