The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that the accused persons kidnapped minor daughter of the informant with intention to marry her. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 14.07.2018 and has got no criminal antecedent. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The victim girl has been recovered. Her statement under Section 164 of Cr.P.C. has been recorded. There is no allegation of sexual or physical abuse against the petitioner. The victim had love affair with one Sonu Kumar,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68406 of 2019(2) dt.25-10-2019 2/2 which was not liked by the parents of the victim girl. Other coaccused has been granted bail vide Cr.Misc.No.38806 of 2019. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Bhagalpur in connection with Sanhaula P.S. case No.111 of 2018.
