Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Karja P.S. Case No. 88 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 302, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to dirty village politics. There is no eye witness to the alleged occurrence. Similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 02.09.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 55463 of 2019. Learned counsel has produced a copy of the said order. Let it be kept on record.
