2. This Cr. Misc. application has been filed for cancellation of bail granted to O.P. Nos.2 to 8 vide order dated 06.05.2022 passed by learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar, Aurangabad in G.R. No.453 of 2022 as well as order dated 14.09.2023 passed by learned A.D.J. VI-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.79796 of 2023(3) dt.16-12-2025 2/2 cum-Exclusive Special Judge, Aurangabad in connectin with Goh P.S. Case No.110 of 2022.

3. Vide order dated 17.11.2025 a status report regarding stage of trial was called for by this Court which was received wherein it is stated that the evidence of eight witnesses out of nine witnesses mentioned in charge sheet has been recorded.

4. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with direction to the learned trial court to expedite the disposal of the trial and the petitioner shall assist the court in this regard.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.

6. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Cr. Misc. application is disposed of with a direction to the learned trial court to take steps for early disposal of the case.
