The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Karja P.S. Case No. 88 of 2019, registered under Sections 302 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that in the evening of 05.04.2019, Ravindar Sahni and Raju Sahni (petitioner) came at the door of informant Sachin Kumar Sahni and asked to his father for accountancy regarding the dispute of money saying to come their house and take money. Thereafter, Madan Sahni, father of the informant, moved boarded on the motorcycle at the door of Rabindra Sahni, where father of the informant was killed and his dead body was kept in the house of Rabindra Sahni.

No.69815 of 2019(2) dt.27-11-2019 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that there was dispute of money in between the father of informant and Ravindra Sahni and the dead body of father of informant was found in the house of Ravindra Sahni, but the petitioner, who is maternal father-inlaw of Ravindra Sahni and he is resident of the same village, has falsely been implicated in this case mere on suspicion. Further submission is that it would appear from the F.I.R. that none has seen the occurrence. The petitioner is in custody since 13.04.2019.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M-II, West Muzaffarpur in connection with Karja P.S. Case No. 88 of 2019.
