I.A. No. 01 of 2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present revision application is time barred and therefore, he has filed limitation petition in this case. He further submits that the limitation in this case has expired on 04.08.2016, whereas this case has been filed on 07.01.2019 i.e. about lapse of 3 years. Counsel for the petitioner further submits that petitioner was suffering from Hepatitis-B since May, 2016 and doctor was advised to complete bed rest and she was cured in November,
Patna High Court CR. REV. No.56 of 2019(5) dt.27-04-2023 2/2 2018 and came in contact with his advocate, due to this reason there is delay in filing the criminal revision but she has not annexed any documents in support thereof even a single prescription or doctor's certificate in this regard. In this view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to interfere and therefore, the present limitation petition as well as the present Criminal Revision application is hereby dismissed.
