The petitioner is in custody in connection with Special Case No. 11566 of 2018 arising out of Maner P.S. Case No. 654 of 2018 for the offences under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents and he is in custody since 12.12.2018. He further submits that in the instant case 60 liter Mahua wine was seized from the possession of the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
