JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 16-04-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 363/366A/376/328/120B of the Indian Penal Code in connection with S.T. No.142 of 2018, arising out of Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 215 of 2018.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he ravished to the victim girl, who supported the allegation in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C.

Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail for the present. Hence, the prayer for bail is refused. The learned trial
