2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Section 103(1) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, the informant alleged that on 01.08.2024, his son, who was practicing as a doctor, had gone to treat a patient but did not return. Later, his dead body was found in the village ditch.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the F.I.R. was registered against unknown persons. The name of the petitioner surfaced during investigation based on the confessional statement of co-accused Vikram Paswan, who stated that the petitioner, along with two other accused persons, killed the deceased. He further submits that the petitioner

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the petitioner's prayer for bail.

6. Considering the accusation, the materials that have come on record during the course of investigation and the criminal antecedents of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The bail application is, accordingly, rejected.
